Born into an artistic family, with a pencil artist father as
my teacher and the Yorkshire Dales as my home I developed a
passion for watercolour painting. Following a career as an architect,
I moved to South West France and immersed myself in my passion,
"les aquarelles", the buildings and landscapes of
this beautiful region being so inspirational. |

I
draw in pen, often with a wash and I paint in strong vibrant
watercolours, never in oils, to reflect the colourful environment
of this area and the nearby Pyrenees mountains.
My paintings are available as originals or as prints, and I
paint private commissions from large watercolours to small line
sketches suitable as letter headings.
